Delete your StreetPainter account
This erases your profile, your walks and every street you painted. Sign in below with the Google account you use in the app. Nothing to install, and you have 7 days to change your mind.

How to request deletion
- 1Sign in below with the Google account you use in StreetPainter. You can also do it in the app, under Settings → Delete account.
- 2Read what gets removed, tick the box and press Request deletion.
- 3Your account is deleted 7 days later. Sign in again, here or in the app, before that date to cancel.

Deletion runs 7 days after the request. Until then you can cancel it by signing in again, here or in the app. An active subscription stops renewing at deletion, and the period you already paid for is not refunded. Check it under Play Store → Subscriptions.

No StreetPainter account is linked to this Google account, so there is nothing to delete.
If you use a different Google account in the app, sign in with that one.
What gets deleted
- Profile, nickname and avatar
- All walks and painted streets
- Friends, posts, comments and photos
- Achievements, XP and leaderboard entries
- Purchase and subscription records
What is kept, and for how long
- Account data, meaning everything above, is erased for good once the 7-day window ends. Nothing stays behind.
- Server request logs are deleted automatically after 31 days.
- Crash reports, which Sentry processes for us, are deleted after 90 days.
- Copies left in encrypted backups get overwritten within 30 days as the backups rotate.
